Vendors retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to the content they submit to the Platform. By submitting content, vendors grant Naijapairs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content for promotional and operational purposes related to the Platform.
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their business. Any changes to contact details, services offered, or other relevant information must be promptly updated on the Platform.
Vendors must not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations. Naijapairs reserves the right to remove any content that is deemed inappropriate or violates these terms.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally when interacting with users of the Platform. Any behavior that is deemed unprofessional or unethical may result in the removal of the vendor’s content and access to the Platform.
Vendors acknowledge that users of the Platform may submit reviews and ratings based on their experiences. Naijapairs is not responsible for the content of these reviews but reserves the right to moderate and remove reviews that violate these terms.
Naijapairs reserves the right to terminate the account of any vendor who violates these terms. Termination may result in the removal of the vendor’s content from the Platform.
Naijapairs is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform. Vendors use the Platform at their own risk.
Naijapairs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
